  • 12 cremini mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Remove the stems from the cremini mushrooms and set the caps aside.
  • Finely chop the mushroom stems and place them in a mixing bowl.
